Dr. Prejwltta Maurya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology with expertise in vector biology, mosquito control, and plant-based bio-larvicides. She completed her Ph.D. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, focusing on eco-friendly strategies for mosquito vector management.
She has over a decade of teaching and research experience and has published 20+ research papers in national and international journals. Her work mainly explores the use of medicinal plant extracts and bioactive compounds for environmentally sustainable control of mosquito-borne diseases.
Dr. Maurya has authored several academic books, presented research in international and national conferences, and received the Young Scientist Award (2016) for her contributions to biotechnology and vector control research.
